For every gift over $10, NFCR will send a beautiful memorial card to a family member you designate, notifying them a memorial donation has been made. When filling out the form, put the name of the person you are remembering under "In Memorial Tribute Information" and the name of the person you would like us to send the card to under "Memorial Card Information."
